DHI and FORCE Technology collaborate on Marine Operations course

Introducing combined jack-up, dynamic positioning and marine scour engineering, the course is a great fit for mariners, managers and engineers working professionally with the design and operational aspects of rigmoves.

During the two-day course, participants learnt about the aspects and implications of scour and seabed instability when positioning and jacking at a site. Thanks to our dedicated instructors – Thor Ugelvig Petersen, Head of DHI’s Ports & Offshore Technology Department and Robert Smyth, Senior Instructor at FORCE Technology – attendees took home valuable knowledge from the theory explanations and hands-on practices.
