Last chance to register for the FEFLOW 2015 conference

The registration deadline for the conference, 27 August 2015, is rapidly approaching. Don’t miss the opportunity to join the global groundwater community at this event!

FEFLOW 2015 provides unique opportunities for networking and learning from many of the world’s leading groundwater modellers. The global groundwater conference, which takes place in Berlin on 21-25 September 2015, will be headed by seven globally renowned keynote speakers, and more than 45 experienced FEFLOW users will be presenting and sharing their modelling knowledge.

The topics cover a whole range of groundwater-related challenges, including:

  • water supply
  • unconventional gas production
  • mining
  • geothermal energy
  • radioactive waste storage
  • and many more…

Check out the conference programme here.

Training and workshops

In addition to the conference, there will be plenty of opportunities to extend your skills, or get up to speed quickly on how to use FEFLOW or other MIKE Powered by DHI software. We offer an extensive training and workshop programme before and after the conference days, with many courses that are exclusively run at this event.

Pre-conference field trip

Prior to the conference, we have scheduled a field trip to the Lusatian mining district. You will get an insight into water management and reclamation for large-scale lignite mines, provided first-hand by the experts of the mining company Vattenfall and DHI. The field trip is complemented by a relaxing punt boat trip and a microbrewery visit. Find out more.

Feedback from a FEFLOW 2012 conference attendee from North America:

‘The organisers did an excellent job at the FEFLOW conference – I cannot think of anything that can be improved. The talks were also very good and worth attending.’
