Breaking the waves - Protecting Jamaica’s cruise terminal against hurricanes

Falmouth cruise terminal on Jamaica’s north coast is a welcome point for – literally - shiploads of tourists each year.

To make sure the terminal is properly prepared for the extreme hurricane events occurring in the region, DHI took a close look at the expected waves and evaluate the best protection measures.
