IIT Delhi and DHI (India) sign an MoU for a collaborative partnership

We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) on 12 November 2013.

We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) on 12 November 2013. The MoU aims to foster a collaborative partnership between the two entities, based on shared academic and research interests in the broad area of water modelling. The initiative is encouraged and promoted by the Danish Embassy.

The purpose of this agreement includes the establishment of cooperation between IIT Delhi and DHI (India) in research and training in water modelling systems. It will also involve the maintenance of a Centre of Excellence at IIT Delhi for the same.

As per the MoU, both parties have agreed to develop specific programmes in delivering joint courses for students and research scholars at IIT Delhi.

The MoU will be effective for five years, starting 12 November 2013.
